hum..... the "one month one time" seriously make us loose dirty blood so much...
it so make us look like a ghost.. pale white face... yup!
and the cramp is killing uZ..

why?
cuZ the feeling can't be describe.. like if i having menses cramp.. i sometimes feel like want to poo poo oR pee pee frequestly...

why?
iF you frequently wanna poo poo.. that means our cramp is expanding more to our back....
iF we feel like wanna pee pee more that mean it expand more on the front...

but whatever it is.. it hurts so bad!
you can't imagine as only female can overcome it...

so seriously.. if your female frenz or wife or whoever female you know is having their period.. please don't make them hurt as they are fragile... enough with the cramp to overcome a day...
